FAQ (Frequently Asked Question)

Placing an order is simple at our user friendly Fishy Business website. By
adding desired items into cart, it will auto calculate your total cost and as you
check out, you will be prompt by payment method. If you are totally lost and
have no idea, we will be glad to hear from you and alternatively, placing your
order through phone.

You do not need to sign up to start placing orders/purchasing what you
need, we understand that sometimes it could be very troublesome to do so.
However, it would only be a "Cash On Delivery" order. Advantages of signing
up allows you to pay using credit card or even a bank transfer. We let you have
the call.

Please be patient as we handle your items carefully. As soon as an order is
confirm, we will try our best to delivery within 1-2 working days unless
products that are build to order e.g Tanks & Cabinets etc may take a little
longer. Good things are worthy waiting for right?

Your phone will start to ring shortly to be advice on the lead time to wait or
whether to cancel the item off your shopping list. We apologies for
inconvenience caused as our items may get multiple customers ordering the
same items.

We do "Cash On Delivery" accept credit cards & bank transfer.
On a case by case basis, we do accept cheque made crossed and payable to
"Fishy Business Online Store Pte Ltd"

We will gladly offer you a replacement of rejected goods.

We strongly urge all customers to check their purchase upon receiving to
prevent any misunderstanding. We always want to keep our relationship good
with all of you!

Always prepare an amount just right for us as we appreciate it very much!
We do not carry excessive amount of money with us unless you really mean
keeping the change of a thousand dollar bill.
